Fingerprint Evidence–Admissible?

Posted by Bill on April 8, 2008

LLRX.Com,, has posted a very good article on new legal challenges to fingerprint evidence.  The article is by Ken Strutin (JD, MLS) who is an experienced law librarian, criminal defense attorney, and well-known writer and speaker.  Mr. Strutin is the Director of Legal Information Services at the New York State Defenders Association.

He lists many legal resources, case law and fingerprint standards located on the Web.  The next time you are confronted with potential fingerprint evidence think about admissiblibity of such evicence.

One Response to “Fingerprint Evidence–Admissible?”

  1. Nice read, I just passed this onto a friend who was doing a little research on that.
And he actually bought me lunch since I found it for him smile So let me rephrase that:
    Thank you for lunch!
